Atlanta’s Ponce City Market<\/a> announces Necessary Purveyor<\/a> – a new all-day restaurant and gourmet market – opens today, August 6. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of Scout Living<\/a>, the community hub’s 22-story hotel with fully furnished apartments available for flexible lengths of stay, and operates daily from 7am until late for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and market shopping. Founded by Tyler Dabestani and joined by managing partner Nicholas Kiraly, this is Necessary Purveyor’s first outpost that expands the restaurant into a market and caf\u00e9 concept.

\nFrom 7am to 5pm, the new restaurant offers all-day fare, including an array of baked goods, chef-driven sandwiches, salads, and open-air fridges stocked with deli staples for grab-and-go convenience. A delectable \u00e0 la carte breakfast menu, including elevated breakfast sandwiches, as well as lunch offerings are prepared in an open kitchen, and a barista program proudly developed with renowned 
BIGFACE<\/a> provides a selection of coffee products. Ample seating is available within the restaurant, complemented by communal seating outside, and takeaway service is available throughout the day.

\nAs the day transitions into evening, Necessary Purveyor shifts its focus to a full-service curated happy hour and intimate dinner destination beginning at 5pm. The kitchen team showcases a raw bar program featuring seafood towers, freshly shucked oysters, and exquisite crudo plates alongside an approachable \u00e0 la carte dinner menu. Guests can also enjoy a carefully selected array of natural and low-intervention wines, local draft beers, and domestic beers available by bottle and can, as well as a variety of classic and innovative cocktails.
